Duties
Engage with customers through outbound calling, inbound inquiries, and digital channels to address their needs effectively
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally
Assist clients with product or service inquiries, ensuring their questions are answered thoroughly
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM systems
Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services
Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary
Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and client satisfaction levels
Utilize Microsoft Office tools and computer skills to manage daily tasks efficiently
Skills
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client bases effectively
Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is advantageous
Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--in English; additional language skills are a plus
Strong data entry skills with high typing accuracy and speed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with professionalism and persistence
Good analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
Knowledge of cash handling procedures when applicable
