In the Customer Engagement Associate role, you'll walk households through plan options, explain features, and resolve questions with confidence. The Customer Engagement Associate's goal is to turn the sometimes confusing world of wireless into something straightforward, enjoyable, and memorable.

As a Customer Engagement Associate, you'll guide AT&T customers through cell phone options with clarity and confidence. Every interaction is an opportunity to educate, delight, and turn questions into long-term loyalty--without any awkward handshakes. The Customer Engagement Associate gains practical sales experience, develops professional expertise, and brings a lighthearted, personable approach to every sales interaction.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Associate



Support residential customers by answering sales inquiries, clarifying AT&T cell phone features, and guiding households toward the right sales solutions. Contribute to sales campaigns by preparing materials, assisting with promotions, and ensuring consistent messaging across AT&T customer touchpoints. Strengthen customer relationships by following up on sales inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and building trust through clear communication. Maintain CRM accuracy by documenting customer interactions, tracking service milestones, and recording feedback to support retention and compliance. Collaborate with fellow Customer Engagement Associates to align messaging, resolve sales challenges, and deliver consistent standards across AT&T residential offerings. Expand professional expertise through ongoing training in customer engagement, relationship management, and emerging technologies that enhance AT&T's services.

Minimum Qualifications of the Customer Engagement Associate



High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, business, or marketing is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with proven skills in active listening, empathy, and clearly presenting AT&T cell phone sales solutions. Experience in customer support, sales, or telecom environments is highly valued, particularly within subscription?based wireless services. Proficiency with AT&T CRM platforms and digital tools to manage customer data, track engagement, and streamline workflows for accuracy and compliance. Organized, proactive, and collaborative, with resilience and adaptability to thrive in fast?paced, customer?focused environments.
Pay: $45,814.36 - $58,765.68 per year
