We are seeking a relationship-driven Customer Concierge to be the key connection between our customers and internal teams after the sale. This full-time, in-office role ensures each client receives a seamless, luxury-level experience from purchase to delivery--and beyond.

As the face of the brand post-sale, you'll guide customers through every step, resolve issues with care, and create moments that turn satisfied clients into lifelong advocates. Your role is more than managing orders--it's about crafting "above and beyond" experiences that delight customers, build emotional connections, and leave a lasting impression of our brand. This position also serves as a launchpad for career growth. High-performing Concierges have a direct pathway into Murphy Door's elite Sales Team, where you'll develop advanced sales skills, take ownership of larger client portfolios, and have the opportunity to earn $130,000+ annually. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the single point of contact for customers post-sale, providing timely updates and seamless coordination. Deliver proactive communication and regular check-ins to make customers feel informed and valued. Manage order details and resolve escalations thoughtfully while maintaining our premium brand standards. Record detailed customer notes in the CRM for team visibility and continuity. Send personalized touches--thank-you notes, gifts, or branded surprises--to create memorable experiences. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Fulfillment teams to meet timelines and exceed expectations. Engage satisfied customers to support reviews, referrals, and case studies. Uphold Murphy Door's values of excellence, creativity, and care in every interaction. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship opportunities to continuously improve your skills, enhance the customer experience, and prepare for future growth within Murphy Door.
What We're Looking For:

2+ years in a client-facing or service-driven role (concierge, hospitality, account management, or customer success preferred). Warm, professional communication style with high emotional intelligence. Exceptional organization and attention to detail--you never let things slip through the cracks. Confident and resourceful problem-solver who remains calm under pressure. Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM and modern communication tools. Genuine passion for helping others and building strong relationships. Ability to work onsite in Ogden, UT, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend flexibility. Open to growth and feedback: embraces coaching, seeks opportunities to learn, and is motivated to continuously improve skills and impact.
Compensation & Growth Path:

Base Pay: $19/hr + Bonus & Commission Career Growth: Exceptional Concierges are actively coached and mentored to join our award-winning Sales Team.
