As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, presenting tailored sales solutions, and helping our customers have a positive experience. Responsibilities of a Customer Care Representative:

? Conduct meetings and presentations with customers and businesses to discuss products

and services that are relatable to their current situation

?Identify and engage with prospective customers to offer personalized sales solutions for

their businesses

? Understand all of the services offerings our company has available

? Be patient with customers to understand their needs and provide unparalleled

experiences during service orders

? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to better support businesses and

improve sales strategies

? Foster long-term relationships with customers through exceptional sales service and

follow-up

What We're Looking For in a Customer Care Representative:

? Previous experience in sales, customer service, or working with businesses

? A plus if you have a proven track record of success in sales and working with small to

mid-sized businesses

? Willingness to learn new skills

? Customer care qualities include problem solving and patience

? A passion for helping customers and driving growth in a competitive sales environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Work Location: In person
