The primary mission of Energy Services for Douglas County is to provide limited income families with the services and assistance necessary to prevent and or alleviate energy-related emergencies from occurring, while promoting initiatives that result in a family's long-term self-sufficiency.

Energy Services is seeking qualified applicants for a Customer Service position for our offices located in Superior, WI. This position is full time and will serve communities within Wisconsin. Must have a passion and outgoing personality for working with limited and low income households, excellent customer service, math and computer skills. This position would entail answering phones, questions and scheduling appointments. Experience working in a non-profit setting with limited income families, elderly and veterans a plus. Bi-lingual (Spanish) language skills are also a plus. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00 but we work until 6:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
