What The Customer Care Representative Will Be Doing:



Deliver personalized product and service recommendations with the customer's wants and needs at the forefront Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns utilizing active listening skills, professionalism, and a high level of emotional intelligence Utilize your negotiation tactics, and up-sell products and services when the time arises Accurately notate, complete, and file product order forms using an intense level of discretion while working with confidential customer information Work with Customer Service Management and senior leadership to stay updated on product and service knowledge, compliance policies, and delivery/installation changes

What Skills You Will Need To Be A Successful Customer Care Representative:



1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment Timely and dependable; You possess a reputation for always being on time and prepared Technologically savvy - You are comfortable working with new apps, software, and can easily navigate through a tablet Confidence in your ability to overcome challenges and achieve personal and professional goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and conduct Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where creativity, proactivity, and teamwork are essential

Pay: $850.00 - $1,500.00 per week
