As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You'll play a key role in creating a positive experience by handling inquiries, scheduling services, and providing support to ensure every customer feels heard and appreciated.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with scheduling plumbing services, providing quotes, and answering general inquiries.
Act as a liaison between customers and our plumbing technicians, ensuring seamless communication.
Resolve customer concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in our system.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A friendly, professional, and patient demeanor.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computers and customer management software (or a willingness to learn).
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
