The Data Reporting Analyst at OneMain Financial have a passion for data, but not just the data itself. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a sharp and tight-knit group of individuals who know how to turn research into results. In the Role:
Responsible for supporting Complaint Management analytics and reporting
Work within a data mart, matching and grouping key data
Conduct in-depth root cause analysis and package the analysis into detailed business documentation reports
Translate functional requests into programming and data criteria and conduct systems and operational research
Build accurate and effective standardized, dashboard and ad hoc reports
Identify optimization opportunities through the development of statistical/data modeling
Present findings to leadership and other stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of advance experience using analysis too such as Excel, Access, SAS, SQL and other tools to support analytical methods, database management, and communication of results
Ability to demonstrate a strong analytical and quantitative background, preferably as a data analyst
Strong communication skills
Preferred:
Experience with data management of cross-functional products.
