Key Job Functions:
Answer, direct, support and resolve incoming calls and concerns
Track customer interactions and transactions using organized, effective and concise documentation within customer database
Listen to customer concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem
Select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them
Cross train with other departments
Other Duties as assigned
Education/ Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 2 -4 years of Customer Service/ de-escalation / call center
Flexibility to work different shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)
Willingness to participate in training before hire and on-the job
Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner
Dedication to customer satisfaction
Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer Familiarity with all of the goods and services offered by the company
Must have Interpersonal and customer service skills
Must have Analytical and problem-solving skills
Must Multitasking and organizational skill
Must have the Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
Must have the Ability to share work among a customer service team
