Position Overview
We're looking for a
dependable and skilled Commercial Cabinet Delivery & Commercial Installer
who will also serve as a
Shop Floater
--supporting daily operations in our shop. This dual role involves delivering and installing custom cabinetry while also learning various shop functions and helping maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Delivery
Safely load, transport, and deliver custom cabinetry and millwork
Carefully unload and stage items at job sites to avoid damage
Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and layouts for precise installations
Install cabinetry using hand and power tools; adjust and secure components and hardware
Perform finishing work such as sealing, caulking, touch-ups, and cleanup
Communicate effectively with site teams, project managers, and clients
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Immediately report any delivery or installation issues
Shop Floater Duties
Learn and support multiple shop functions, including basic fabrication tasks, sanding, hardware prep, assembly, etc.
Assist in maintaining tool readiness, material inventory, and workflow efficiency
Perform daily shop cleanup and organization to meet OSHA safety standards
Participate in shop upkeep, such as sweeping, dust collection maintenance, and disposal of materials
Support special projects and step in where needed across departments
Qualifications
3+ years' experience in cabinetry installation, finish carpentry, or millwork
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 100 lbs
Proficient with common tools: drills, routers, saws, levels, etc.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
Ability to read technical drawings and understand measurements accurately
Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable to shifting needs

Pay Range:
$18.00 - $24.00/hr (based on experience and skill level)
