Custom Cabinet Builder
Job Description
We are a growing custom cabinetry company looking for a reliable, skilled cabinet builder/ shop technician to join our shop team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, shows up consistently, and works well in a fast-paced shop environment.
Responsibilities
Build and assemble custom cabinets and millwork from shop drawings
Operate shop machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Read and interpret cabinet plans, cut lists, and specifications
Assist with sanding, finishing prep, and quality control
Maintain a clean, organized and safe workplace
Work collaboratively with the shop and installation teams
Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
Qualifications
Experience building cabinets, furniture, or custom millwork preferred
Ability to read shop drawings and measure accurately
Strong attention to detail and pride in high quality work
Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance is a must
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for extended periods
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
