Role Summary:



In an ISO 7 Cleanroom, safely operate inhouse designed, plastic heat sealing machines to assemble various custom plastic film products according to blueprints. See examples of these products here: https://rheoflexibles.com/product/

What does success look like in this role?


No rework things are done right the first time. Projects completed on time.

Objectives:



Operate plastic heat sealing machines to assemble products Follow multistep processes and blueprints for accurate assembly Collaborate with engineering and production team members to ensure quality and ontime delivery of product Test assembled products to ensure quality standards are met Adhere to and perform strict cleaning procedures May be required to learn basic CNC machine operation and utilize the CNC machine in assembly Perform additional duties as required by your supervisor from time to time

Minimum Qualifications:



High School Diploma or GED Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams (used for communication) 2+ years of general assembly experience that includes blueprint reading

Working Conditions:



Must be able to engage in the following physical activities: prolonged periods

working on feet, bend/stoop, climb stairs/ladders, squat, kneel, push/pull, lift up to



50 lbs, and use vibratory and other basic tools. These functions will be completed


on an occasional to frequent basis, depending on the project. Exepcted to work first shift (7am 4pm), Monday through Friday. Expected to work overtime upon supervisor request. Required to wear designated PPE
