Custodian / Groundskeeper

, and we are looking for a dependable

Custodian / Groundskeeper

to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment both inside and outside our facilities.

Schedule:

Full-time,

Monday-Friday

7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

(start/end times may adjust earlier during winter months as needed)
Key Responsibilities

Perform daily

facility cleaning

including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and general tidying Clean and maintain

restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas

Restock cleaning and restroom supplies (soap, paper products, etc.) Clean mirrors, windows, and other surfaces as needed Empty trash and recycling containers regularly Assist with

outdoor grounds maintenance

, including lawn care, landscaping, and general upkeep Perform

seasonal outdoor duties

such as snow removal, salting walkways, leaf removal, and debris cleanup Clear walkways and parking areas using

groundskeeping equipment

such as skid loaders, forklifts, and hand tools Perform

minor maintenance and repairs

to tools, equipment, fences, and facility structures as needed Follow safety procedures and company policies Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience as a

custodian, janitor, housekeeper, groundskeeper, or similar role

preferred Knowledge of

cleaning products, tools, and best practices

Ability to work

independently

and as part of a team Strong

attention to detail

and pride in maintaining a clean work environment Reliable, professional, and dependable attendance Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Ability to

lift up to 60 lbs.

Experience operating

groundskeeping or maintenance equipment

preferred (training available) Ability to work in

all outdoor weather conditions

Have a valid driver license with a good driving record
