Job Description

Performs all housekeeping duties, implementing disinfection and cleaning guidelines, and maintains general upkeep of assigned premises.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Wearing utility gloves during all cleaning and trash removal procedures, cleans facility according to Disinfection and Cleaning Schedule; checks and replenishes, as needed, paper towels, toilet tissue, liquid soap and Purell in appropriate dispensers, daily; Empties all regular wastebaskets and replaces plastic bags, daily; Disposes of all trash in dumpster after proper bagging; Disposes recyclable trash in proper dumpster; Removes all red plastic bags from biohazard containers and stores in designated container, as needed. Insures outside steps/walks are clean at all times; Picks up all debris outside of building to maintain neat appearance. The above listing of duties is not meant to be all-inclusive. However, the Employer will not ask any Employee to routinely perform a task unrelated to the above-mentioned duties.

Qualifications:

Similar work experience helpful but not essential. Work history reflecting dependability essential. Ability to read English, comprehend and follow through essential. The ability to speak and see clearly, hear and smell is essential Ability to communicate with people of various diverse backgrounds in a sensitive and compassionate way.

Tue, Thu 8pm-1am

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
