We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented custodian to join our team. The custodian will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in a public charter school spaces. This position requires a proactive individual who can ensure that facilities are well-kept, creating a welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors alike.

Responsibilities

Perform after school cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained. Conduct custodial duties, including vacumming, mopping, and taking trash out the school. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or issues to management.

Skills

Proven experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services. Basic knowledge of floor care techniques. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices. Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in various environments. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. A proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
