Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team at Uncle Sam's Contractors. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our clients. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our reputation for excellence in cleaning services.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 4:30pm-7:30pm (3 hours a day)

Total hours a week: 15

Responsibilities

Perform routine custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs. Respond promptly to requests for cleaning services or special projects. Assist with floor care tasks such as buffing and waxing as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in custodial or janitorial services preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus. Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
