POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for custodial duties at City facilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Clean, buff, wax hard floors including operation of chariot floor cleaner. Vacuum and clean carpets. Trash disposal. Dusting. Clean restrooms and locker rooms. Glass and window cleaning.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & CERTIFICATIONS:

Necessary:

Must be 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or equivalent Possess strong working knowledge of basic cleaning chemicals and solutions. Must have current First Aid/CPR/AED or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire.
