Responsibilities:

? Perform routine cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.

? Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.

? Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal.

? Report inventory needs.

? Perform minor repairs or report larger maintenance issues.

? Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all.

? Respond to custodial requests promptly and professionally.

? Some weekend detail work at a premium pay is required.

? Snow removal duties as needed.

? Performs other tasks as determined by the Facility Director.

Qualifications:

? High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

? Previous custodial or maintenance experience is a plus.

? Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

? Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

? Dependability and a commitment to providing excellent service.

All employees are required to submit to a national fingerprint-based criminal background check in addition to a state CORI check.
