Through initiatives including education programs on abuse recognition and reporting for both children and adults, evidence-based home visiting support for parents, and more, Prevent Child Abuse Utah is dedicated to this vital cause.

Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

Reports to Director Part of Ed Team Leadership Works with Director to create annual finance plan Assists in preparing budgets for fundraising campaigns Works with Director to plan and execute fundraising events for Gen/Ed Assists Director in writing grants and grant reports Tracks and reports on fundraising campaigns Maintains donor lists/CRM database Helps with donor relationship tasks Solicits in-kind donations for events Helps with donor thank you program Assists Director and Administrator in updating Boundary TownASY & Parent curriculum Works with Director to compile and distribute monthly Boundary Townreports Assists Director with Boundary Towncontracts Assists Director with client relationship activities for Boundary Townparticipants Manages feedback forms for Boundary Town*
Assists Director in Boundary Townsales campaigns Outside sales for Boundary Townpaid courses Teaches secondary and AWY schools (schools not covered by USBE grant) Weekly Ed Team Leadership meeting Weekly comms meetings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field OR equivalent experience Experience with non profits, especially in fund raising (plus) Valid driver's license, registered car and car insurance Excellent communication skills Project management skills

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
