Responsibilities

Design and develop software components and APIs following technical design specifications and coding standards. Develop new functionalities and resolve defects using the Curam framework. Write complex SQL statements and perform data mapping/gap analysis. Prepare detailed technical design documents based on business and functional requirements. Collaborate with project leads, analysts, and quality teams to meet project goals. Conduct proof of concepts (POC) using Curam, Java, JavaScript, and other related technologies. Assist in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and debugging of Curam applications. Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues. Ensure all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Science, or 4+ years of equivalent experience. Curam Certification. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with IBM Curam framework including HCR and CGIS modules. Strong experience with Curam OOTB modules such as Workflow, Tasks, CER rules, Evidence Framework (static & dynamic), IEG, Web Services, and Java/J2EE. Experience in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries. Experience profiling and troubleshooting Curam Out-of-the-Box and custom code. Experience with AWS or other cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of healthcare insurance principles and business processes. Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) experience. Experience working with NodeJS, ReactJS/Angular, Python, and JSON. Familiarity with agile, scrum, or waterfall development methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
