Join our dynamic team as a Cultivation Assistant and play a vital role in nurturing healthy, thriving plants within our indoor cultivation facilities. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with a variety of plants, utilizing your horticultural knowledge, mechanical skills, and a passion for plant care. As a key contributor to our cultivation process, you will support the development of high-quality plants by maintaining optimal indoor growing environments, assisting with trimming, and cleaning. Duties

Assist with daily plant care routines including watering, trimming, transplanting, and harvesting to promote healthy growth. Monitor plant health by identifying pests, diseases, and deficiencies through visual inspection and plant identification skills. Support indoor grow operations by managing ventilation, temperature controls, and lighting systems to create ideal growing conditions. Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on cultivation equipment and infrastructure. Maintain a clean and organized environment within the cultivation area, promoting efficient workflows. Assist with record keeping related to plant growth stages, treatments applied, and environmental conditions using basic math for data tracking.

Requirements

Prior experience in growing plants or working within horticulture, farming, or landscaping environments is preferred but not a requirement. Basic math skills for measuring soil amendments or adjusting environmental controls accurately. Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting irrigation or climate control systems as needed.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
