As a Prep Cook, you'll start by assisting with basic food preparation tasks which include chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the grill cook. This is an entry-level role designed for growth. Learn from our very own owner and cook of 40 years! Once you've proven you can handle the grill station independently, you'll receive a significant raise and transition into a higher-responsibility cooking position.
