Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years of culinary management experience, preferably in a high-volume sports bar, casual dining, or casino setting
Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team development and execution
Proven ability to manage food cost, inventory, and kitchen operations efficiently
Responsibilities
Lead all back-of-house operations including menu execution, food preparation, and service standards
Hire, train, and mentor culinary team members to achieve excellence in quality and consistency
Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cost control standards while driving operational performance
