Job Description
We are looking for individuals who possess strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities and computer experience. Candidates must have the ability to work within a team, as well as independently, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are specifically seeking individuals who possess previous experience working in customer service positions. Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound and outbound calls.
- Solve problems for customers.
- Create and update databases in order to store customer records.
- Maintain satisfactory relations with customers by responding to their requests and acknowledging their concerns.
- Open, sort, and route mail
