We are looking for individuals who possess strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities and computer experience. Candidates must have the ability to work within a team, as well as independently, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are specifically seeking individuals who possess previous experience working in customer service positions. Responsibilities:
Answer inbound and outbound calls.
Solve problems for customers.
Create and update databases in order to store customer records.
Maintain satisfactory relations with customers by responding to their requests and acknowledging their concerns.
