Job Description
Customer Service Representative:
Frigo Design, a custom metal design and fabrication company in Cicero, NY, is looking to hire a full-time customer service representative.
As a Frigo representative, duties will include helping customers with design and product questions on the phone and by email; entering and processing orders; and assisting the sales manager as needed.
Training will be provided. The preferred candidate will be comfortable with computers, detail oriented, dependable, and enjoy talking with customers from across the United States.
Ability to develop and manage social media to increase in product engagement would be a plus.
