1. Summary. Employee is responsible for opening new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, cross selling bank products and services, providing quality customer service to further customer relations and support the bank with operations as needed.

2. Essential Functions.

Meet and greet customers. Open and process new accounts, including DDA, money market, savings, CD and IRA's. Order checks, debit cards and other ancillary products related to customer accounts. Cross-sell the bank's services and products. Analyzing current customer relationships and proactively contacting customers with recommendations to help them achieve financial success Participate in market efforts to proactively solicit new customer relationships to the bank. Research and answer customer inquiries; quote products and rates. Assist in answering the telephone and transferring calls to the appropriate personnel. Research and verify account information, and resolve problems for customers as necessary.
3. Additional Responsibilities.

Support loan officer with duties as assigned Garnishments and Levies. Account Payables Performs other duties, as assigned.
4. Required Education, Experience, and Skills.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1 to 3 years of Bank new account experience preferred Interpersonal skills to represent the Bank in a positive way in dealing with customers and other employees. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
