Brutill Construction Inc out of Casper, WY is currently interviewing for EXPERIENCED Crusher Operators and Support Crew for the Casper, WY and in various locations in Wyoming. STARTING PAY depends on your experience and annual reviews thereafter. The wages listed in this ad, are a range; you may start at the lower end of the range if you are support crew, and experienced applicants start closer to the higher range until we can observe actual job performance over time. We\'re looking for applicants that are willing to do what it takes to help us continue to grow our company. We have work is in the Casper area, but we are currently expanding, so we need employees that are willing to work out of town to complete the job. This could mean you are out of town for 1-3 months at a time and depending on the location, such as Gillette, you\'ll come home on Fridays for the weekend. We pay per diem and provide living arrangements. We currently have a nice furnished apartment in Gillette. Our hope is to find a couple of quality, experienced crusher operators to trade out every week or two with our current out-of-town crusher foreman. We are crushing in Casper and will be crushing in Gillette for quite awhile. Friendly, team-oriented, hard-working applicants are HIGHLY Desired and will have the best experience on our crew since and continue employment for a long time. Applicants should also keep in mind that when the weather permits, you may work 40-60 hours a week, but during the winter, Mother Nature dictates work hours. Operators: Must have experince. You must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, be able to climb in and out of trenches and equipment and not have any physical limitations that would prevent you from performing your daily tasks safely. EVERYONE on our team is not afraid to use a shovel and help each other out. We need employees that require little training on the equipment and actual job duties. You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and know that we are part of a random drug testing program, and continual safety training. NO DUI\'s..must be able to drive our vehicles, if needed, and and have a good driving record; reliable transportation is a requirement. Other qualities we are looking for in an employee are first and foremost a great attitude, loyalty, and dependability. We work as a team, therefore you need to have well-developed communication skills and flexibility. You MUST take pride in your work, show respect to fellow co-workers as well as, to other businesses at the job sites. It\'s also very important that you can listen well to directions, and that you take job-site safety very seriously.
