Assistant Manager

to help lead the way.

Position Overview

The Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting daily operations, leading team members, and maintaining the high standards our customers expect. This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a passion for people, food service, and operational excellence.

This position offers a competitive salary of

$48,000 per year

. Full-time team members are eligible for health insurance options and receive

Applicants must have

year-round availability

and be able to work

, which are required for this role. Prior experience in

restaurant or food service leadership

is preferred. We're looking for someone who communicates clearly, motivates others, and thrives in a high-energy, team-oriented environment. Dependability, professionalism, and a willingness to take initiative are essential.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager with daily operations and lead the team during shifts. You'll set the tone on the floor, especially during peak business hours, by maintaining a strong presence and helping team members stay on task and motivated. Your responsibilities will also include training new hires, managing prep and inventory, upholding cleanliness and food safety standards, and ensuring a consistently great customer experience. You'll be expected to respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive and productive team culture.
