Overview:

Cedar Fair is seeking a CRM Intern- Campaign Insights at our Corporate Charlotte office. The CRM Intern will source and maintain vital data sets to produce visitation-driving campaign reporting from a user journey perspective. This will include advertising, website traffic, ecommerce, and BI data. Additionally, they will develop an ad hoc project request form for campaign insights and customer insights to be used across the marketing function. They will work with the SEO team to propose an integration plan to include key search metrics into current marketing reporting. They will work with the BI team to maintain and update current marketing dashboards.

Responsibilities:

• Source, clean, maintain, and distribute up to 16 different data sets for each ticket promotion to be analyzed in partnership with the Campaign Insights Specialist for user journey, demand gen, and visitation performance.
• Develop a request system to be used for ad hoc analyses on customer insights and campaign insights that are needed in addition to weekly, biweekly, and monthly report outs.
• Partner with eCommerce team, specifically SEO lead, to learn reporting capabilities and integrate data into the current marketing reporting structure.
• Partner with BI team to update and maintain current website traffic data into the Qlik dashboard. Lead the migration from current website traffic platform to the new website traffic platform, as the old sunsets in July 2023.

• High School Diploma/GED,
• College Junior or Senior.
• Excel, Google Analytics a plus, JIRA or similar project management tool a plus,
• Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
• Must possess a valid Driver\'s License.
