Job Description

The

CRM & Data Integrity Specialist

is responsible for entering and maintaining accurate and complete customer and account data within the company's ERP and CRM systems. This role serves as the primary gatekeeper for data quality, ensuring compliance with established standards and processes. In addition, the Specialist provides frontline support for CRM functionality, assists with user setup and security permissions, and supports sales operations by managing account assignments and pulling customer lists.

Job Duties:

Data Entry & Governance

Enter and update customer and account information in ERP and CRM systems. Validate data integrity and enforce company standards for accuracy and consistency. Monitor and maintain data quality across platforms.

CRM Administration & Support

Serve as the go-to resource for employees and sales reps on CRM functionality. Troubleshoot CRM issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution. Set up new users and assign security levels based on management approvals.

Sales Operations Support

Manage sales rep assignments to customer accounts, ensuring proper approvals. Pull and prepare customer lists for managers, sales reps, and marketing initiatives. Evaluate account assignments based on customer strategy guidelines.

Our ideal candidate:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Experience with CRM and ERP platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
