Position Overview: The Critical Home Repair (CHR) Manager directs and manages all aspects
related to the CHR program including (but not limited to) people, functions, and teams responsible for completing production and program requirements involving all owner-occupied home repairs. The role of the CHR Manager is to execute operations to include staff assignments, maintain relationships with partner agencies, develop work scopes with partner families and keep construction schedules according to budget and seasonal timelines.
Desired Qualifications:
? Minimum of 2 years construction management experience, with strong background in
remodeling/rehabilitation.
? Experience scheduling materials and construction personnel.
? Self starter with excellent personnel management skills and capacity to build a strong
team.
? Strong communication skills.
? Strong organizational skills including documenting of all procedures.
? Demonstrated planning and organizational skills, including the ability to anticipate tasks,
set priorities, meet deadlines, and function smoothly under strict deadlines and shifting
priorities.

Duties:
? Oversee CHR processes from request to completion
? Verify initial requests are within program scope
? Arrange site visit to confirm scope of work and solution design
? Coordination financial vetting with appropriate individual
? Draft final work agreement to be signed by homeowner and GNHFH
? Schedule Volunteer GNHFH Work crew to perform work
? Obtain project completion sign-off from homeowner
? Participate in CHR marketing campaign schedules.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
