Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in crisis intervention, case management, or a related field. Experience working in rapid response or emergency services preferred. Relevant licensure or certification preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community-based work. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed. * CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
