Pay Grade/Pay Range:

Minimum: $48,600 - Midpoint: $60,800 (Salaried E7)



Department/Organization:

200019 - Capstone Center for Student Success



Normal Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; some evenings and weekends as necessary



Job Summary:

The Crimson Scholars Program Coordinator II coordinates and implements programming and interventions for Crimson Scholars program in First Year Experience. Develops, implements, and assesses curriculum for the Crimson Scholars program. Manages a caseload of students and coordinates targeted interventions and communication efforts for students.



Additional Department Summary:

Selects, supervises, and develops undergraduate student mentors/employees. Assists with the implementation of a variety of student-oriented programs and initiatives designed to support persistence and retention of first-year students.



Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience; OR master's degree and some experience.



Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications:

Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.



Skills and Knowledge:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff in a collaborative manner. Strong relationship building skills.



Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Higher Education or related field. Experience in communication, marketing, and coordinating programs for first-year students.
