Your Role

As a Store Manager, you'll lead a motivated sales team, oversee daily operations, and drive performance to exceed goals. You'll foster a positive, energetic environment where employees thrive and customers enjoy an exceptional experience every time.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and motivate Sales Advocates. Provide regular coaching, feedback, and career development. Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and fun.

Sales & Performance

Lead your team to meet and exceed sales goals. Analyze store performance to identify areas for growth. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.

Customer Experience

Ensure top-tier customer service and satisfaction. Empower your team with strong product knowledge and solutions. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Operations & Inventory

Manage inventory, conduct audits, and ensure accuracy. Oversee daily operations including cash handling, opening/closing, and compliance. Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-aligned store.

Marketing & Community Engagement

Support local marketing and promotional events. Utilize social media and community outreach to increase store visibility.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare and review reports on sales, productivity, and inventory. Use data insights to guide decision-making and drive results.
