Travel Tech is hiring bilingual (English/Spanish) Underground Crew Members to assist with fiber optic cable blowing and underground construction projects across Virginia and surrounding areas.
No experience required - we provide full training on the job.
We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who want to learn and grow in the telecom construction industry. Travel Tech provides all lodging during assignments.
Responsibilities
Assist in the setup and operation of fiber blowing equipment.
Help clean, prepare, and maintain underground conduit systems.
Support trenching, digging, backfilling, and general site work.
Follow all company safety rules and supervisor instructions.
Communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
Requirements
No prior experience necessary - training provided.
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have a valid work permit or legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in different weather conditions.
Willing to travel for projects (housing provided).
