As a Hospitality/Cashier team member at Dairy Queen, your role is to provide exceptional customer service, handle orders, and process payments. You will ensure a clean, friendly environment while working efficiently with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a welcoming attitude. Take and assemble accurate food and drink orders. Process cash, credit, and other payments using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness of the Restrooms, dining area and front counter. Assist with customer inquiries and complaints. Collaborate with team members for smooth operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math skills for cash handling. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Work Conditions:
Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fast-paced environment.
