Key Responsibilities


Greet customers with energy, friendliness, and a smile
Prepare quality subs following Jersey Mike's recipes and standards
Slice meats and cheeses to order using company-approved safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining room and prep stations
Restock items and assist with opening or closing duties as assigned
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently (register, app, or online orders)
Work as a team to ensure fast, friendly service
Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines at all times


Qualifications


Must be at least 16 years old
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable and punctual
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
No previous experience required - we provide training!
