Overview

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Crew Member to join us at the Matrix Bar and Grill team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to help create an excellent guest experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and drink orders Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction Assist customers with menu questions and make recommendations when needed Support bartenders and kitchen staff by running food, clearing tables, and restocking supplies Help maintain a clean, organized dining area, including tables, floors, and service stations Handle takeout orders and packaging with care and accuracy Restock condiments, utensils, napkins, and other front-of-house essentials Assist with light cleaning tasks such as wiping surfaces and resetting tables Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or food service is a plus but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team Bassett & Food Handler Certification required Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Willingness to learn and adapt to bar and grill operations Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Skills

Experience with handheld Toast POS systems Familiarity with food running or serving Basic knowledge of food safety practices
