Job Title:

Chilly Billy's Crew Member Part-Time/Full-Time

Location: Miller Hill Mall, Duluth, Minnesota

Position Type: Part-Time, 15-40 hours per week

Compensation: $12 - $16 per hour + Tips

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor. Prepare and serve frozen yogurt and other treats according to established recipes and portion sizes. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing supplies. Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and restocking. Handle and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs or heavier when necessary. Assist with special events and promotions as needed.
Qualifications:

No previous experience required, although food service experience is a plus. Must be extremely friendly, approachable, and possess excellent customer service skills. Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 50 lbs or heavier. Availability to work evenings and weekends is required. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
