Duties and Responsibilities

Greet customers and take food and beverage orders Operate cash registers and handle various types of payments Communicate order details to the kitchen staff Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints Assist in food preparation and packaging Comply with all food safety regulations and restaurant policies Participate in inventory control and restocking of supplies Help in setting up and closing procedures of the restaurant

Requirements

Reliable, positive attitude and demonstrates honesty and integrity Exceptional customer service skills Effective communication skills Respectful to both colleagues and customers Ability to work well in a team environment Adaptable and willing to fill multiple roles within the restaurant Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting Must be legally authorized to work in the USA Flexible scheduling availability Experience in fast food or fried food environments is preferred Detail-oriented and professional demeanor Previous customer service experience in a similar role Must have reliable transportation Minimum age requirement of 18 years or older

Starting wage: $16.20 per hour
