Job Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines, ensuring high standards of food handling and hygiene. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean workspace. Manage transactions using the POS system, including cash register operations and processing payments accurately. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies while maintaining a positive work environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food handling role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with POS systems Knowledge of food safety practices within the kitchen environment is essential. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. Must be able to be on your feet for long hours Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to the food industry. Must go through training and receive ServSafe Certification in food handling
