At Five Guys, you won't be stuck in one spot. We train every crew member to work every position in the restaurant. One shift you might be on the register, the next you're on the grill, or helping with morning prep. We all work together as one team.

Our kitchen is open, so you're right in the middle of the action. It's loud, it's fast-paced, and we're always communicating. We make some of America's favorite burgers and fries while classic rock plays.

You're a great communicator and enjoy supporting your teammates. You're ready to learn and follow our standards. You enjoy a busy, high-energy environment. Able to arrive on time and be dependable for all scheduled shifts. Authorized to work in the US.
