Job Summary

We are seeking extroverted and enthusiastic Team Members to join our fast-paced environment. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of our restaurant. You will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet service goals during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus, along with any experience in kitchen operations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
