As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate Clover Point of Sale (POS) system. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with cleaning the dining room for guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of food handling practices.

Requirements

Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Experience or background in the food industry is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math applications. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
