Entry level truck washers and commercial cleaning crew member needed! Ability to learn and grow with a small company - looking for a good attitude and work ethic to add to our already great team.

Each of these positions requires the same physical requirements, positive attitude, current drivers license, etc. Our work is fluid and we ultimately would like someone cross-trained.

We are a mobile company offering power washing and various blasting services and more to our customers. Below are the various duties you may be assigned.

Truck washing schedule is Thursday, Sunday and every other Saturday AM shift work. 4-6am start times, in the winter we may push back start times, we will not wash in freezing temperatures. Shifts are anywhere from 6-10 hours or longer depending on work load. Must work Thursday and/or Sunday for Truck Washing. This position is great for someone who already has a job and is looking for part-time work.

Residential exterior house washing schedule varies Monday-Friday mostly Day shift, no night shift. This could be in addition to truck washing, or apart from. This position would be very part-time and as-needed during the day, Spring to Fall.

Commercial and Industrial work schedule varies Monday-Sunday, some night shift work. Some jobs offer shift differential after probationary period.

Agricultural Power Washing such as chicken houses and cattle barns. This work takes place as needed for our customers.

This may be a good option for someone who works seasonally at another job, as our work is year round and typically Th-Sun. We would ask for a regular schedule from you, but we can be flexible.

Candidate will:

Be able to listen to direct instruction and do as told. Be positive and energetic about learning & keeping pace with assigned task/work. Start out brushing tractor trailers/cabs and working around pressure washing equipment. Work up to using wand/power washing equipment. Work outside year round in all kinds of weather. Freezing temps and extreme wind/rain will postpone work - but not all. (Typically January-March some work days are cancelled due to weather) Partial work uniform provided. Boot allowance after hire and within probationary period. Physical requirements including but not limited to: standing, bending, walking, and lifting arms over head. Work environment could be wet and dirty. That is the nature of our work. We offer a positive, fast-paced environment with competitive pay. Ample learning curve and on-site training. No previous experience required. We are looking for the right candidate. Opportunities to grow and learn to operate and work on equipment. Part-Time work being offered, can transition to full-time. Drug testing upon hire, background check and references required. Candidates are asked to complete a phone interview, in-person interview and then a trial weekend. After which an official hire date will be offered. You are paid for trial days on site. Power Washing Tractor Trailers at customer locations. Car-pooling is allowed from Bainbridge, PA or driving within 20-30 minutes of Bainbridge is required in order to be employed. If you live 30+ minutes away from 17502, employment is considered with exemplary attendance at other jobs. Cleanings for commercial customers can take place on night shift work/some holidays. Agricultural Power Washing such as chicken houses and cattle barns. Reliable transportation is required. Valid drivers license required. You must be able to arrive on site on time and ready for work. Start time varies between 4-6am and end times vary based on work that day. Cold weather postpones start time to 8am/non freezing temperatures. Day shift (truck washing & some commercial/industrial work), night shift (commercial/industrial cleaning) and overnight shifts (commercial/industrial) - varies based on work - typically only every 6-8 weeks.
