Job Description

Zaytoon Mediterranean Grill in Columbus, OH is looking for one crew member to join our 14 person strong team. We are located on 5450 Westpointe Dr. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

Cashier & customer service Handle pickup orders and communicate with delivery platforms (DoorDash, UberEats, Grubhub) Answer phone calls and assist customers with questions or catering inquiries Support catering prep and help hand off catering orders Restock drinks, desserts, sauces, and disposables Keep the dining area clean and organized Assist the front-line team during busy times

Qualifications

Restaurant or customer-service experience preferred Friendly, fast, and reliable Strong communication skills Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish/Arabic), not required
