As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that our food preparation and safety standards are met. Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process customer transactions efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment for guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or a quick-service/fast-food restaurant is preferred. Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food handling and safety practices. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and sanitation practices is beneficial. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
