Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following company recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Upsell products and suggest add-ons to enhance the customer experience
- Adhere to food safety standards and protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements:
- Prior experience in food service is preferred
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing correct change
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Sales skills to promote products and increase revenue
