The Role:



Headband Movers is looking to fill a Crew Leader/Driver position immediately. To qualify for this position you need to have lead a crew for at least 6 months. Have an active CO driver's license without incidents



Duties



Leading a moving a crew daily at worksites around the greater Denver area

Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items onto and off of trucks or vans, ensuring that they are securely positioned to prevent damage during transportation.

Packing: Carefully pack items into boxes, ensuring that fragile items are properly cushioned and protected. Label boxes accurately for easy identification.

Transportation: Drive company vehicles to and from the job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle.

Assembly and Disassembly: Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed. This may include beds, tables, and other large items.

Customer Service: Interact professionally and courteously with clients, addressing their questions and concerns. Provide a positive customer experience throughout the moving process.

Inventory Management: Keep track of items being moved, maintaining accurate inventories to ensure nothing is lost or damaged during the move.

Heavy Lifting: Lift and carry heavy items, sometimes up and down stairs, using proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of equipment.

Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Problem Solving: Identify and address any challenges or issues that may arise during the move, finding practical solutions to ensure a smooth process.

Compensation:



Driver $24-28/hour + tips + bonus pay

Performance Bonus (Paid-out monthly)
5 Star Review Bonus (Paid-out monthly)
Overtime hours available (mostly at the end of the month and during the busy season

)



Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
